2.draw another plants. say:look at this plant.its flowers are red. look at that plant .its flowers are purple.
3.listen to the tape.

（一）溫故知新 師生問答 T: What are you going to do after class? S: I’m going to ...
T: I‘m going to a birthday party. Today is my friend Jack’s birthday.
His birthday is on ..., and my birthday is on ... T: What about your birthday?
（二）閱讀方法 對照課本邊看邊練習拼寫本課單詞。
1.利用卡片認識單詞。
2.逐個學習單詞，學生練習讀單詞，教師糾音。
（三）互助釋疑 同桌間一邊指著圖片，一邊讀出單詞，交流不會讀的單詞。
（四）探究出招 同桌間練習書寫，可以互相檢查拼寫。 探討每個單詞的`復數形式。
展示交流（10分鐘）
小組展示 小組內練習用英語說說可以看見的東西，加深單詞的記憶。

本節課是一節語音課，教學目標是：學生能夠感知并歸納ir和ur在單詞中的發音規則；能夠讀出符合ir和ur發音規則的單詞；能夠根據單詞的讀音拼寫出符合ir和ur發音規則的`單詞，補全單詞和句子。
成功之處：
1.在教學過程中，放手給學生，讓他們充分發揮主觀能動性，自己觀察，尋找相同點，規律。
2.通過本課的學習，大部分學生能夠聽、說、讀、寫單詞：girl,bird,nurseandhamburger.明白字母組合ir與ur在單詞中都發:音。并且能根據發音規律讀出新單詞。
不足之處：
1.部分學生對:音的發音部位把握不夠。
2.發現學生的差距在加大，有的學生語音知識學的很好，有的學生基本上是一竅不通。
3.由于時間的關系，拓展部分沒有充分地展開。
改進措施：
1.強化訓練，鞏固發音。
2.需要關注學困生，采取課下輔導或者一幫一結對子進行幫扶。
3.以后的教學中，要更加合理的安排時間，提高課堂效率。

(二)呈現新課(presentation)

2.導入新單詞。教師與學生進行會話：

教師指著圖片soup和vegetable問學生：do you like soup/vegetable?讓學生兩人??
