　　Undoubtedly, he got excellent scores on other courses andranked among the top 5% of his class after the first year of graduate study.

　　To my knowledge, Mr.Cai isnot only strong in academics, but also in sports and social activities.

　　He wasthe captain of the soccer team of graduateschool of DUT and led the team toplay in the soccer league of our university for two successive years.

　　He wasalso one of the main founders of the first academic club--"ManagementForum" of the "Dalian Management School" of DUT.

　　After I left DUT, he stillkeeps in touch with me from time to time and I am pleased to see that he provedhis outstanding capability in both research and teaching position.
