　　2、在以上第1條款中所規定的租期，從出租人完成第3條款所有規定并在7天內通知承租方后開始生效。

　　4、在本合同簽訂之日，出租人已收到合計_________元的房租保證金。如果承租人某月逾期未交租金，承租人同意出租人立即從保證金中扣除應收款項作為租金。
