　　1. 引出倡議目的

　　常用in order to引出的不定式短語或用with / for the purpose of引導(dǎo)的介詞短語。如：

　　2. 列舉倡議內(nèi)容

　　倡議其實就是提建議，因此，可用be supposed to (應(yīng)該)， it is suggested that... (建議)， it would be better if... (如果......，那就更好了)等。倡議的內(nèi)容通常都不只一個，因此可用in addition， besides， additionally， whats more， furthermore， moreover來列舉這些內(nèi)容。如：

　　(2) It is suggested/advised that we choose a healthy and environmentally-friendly way of traveling， that is，bicycle riding. 有人建議我們選擇一個既健康又環(huán)保的旅游方式即騎自行車。( 2011湛江市一模)

　　3. 提出呼吁

　　提出呼吁可用It is (high) time that...句型，該句型中that從句的謂語動詞要用過去式或用should加動詞原形，should不可省略。也可用 in a word 引出呼吁的內(nèi)容。如：

　　It is high time that we started / should start from ourselves and reduced / reduce transportation pressure by riding a bike. 是我們從我做起，通過騎自行車來減少交通壓力的'時候了。(2011湛江市一模)

　　寫作指導(dǎo)

　　根據(jù)寫作內(nèi)容的要求，我們可以按照以下的方式來確定文章的結(jié)構(gòu)：

　　1. 用一句話引出倡議目的，并以這句話作為文章的開頭句，達(dá)到開篇點題的作用。如：
